Kooshy Australia Gift Card

Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Kooshy e-gift card. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our e-gift cards have no additional processing fees and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Terms of Use

• You cannot purchase a Kooshy e-gift card with another gift card.

• If the value of your e-gift card does not cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the balance using another payment method.

• If the value of your e-gift card is more than the total order amount, the remaining balance will stay on your gift card for future purchases using the same code.

• E-gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

• We cannot replace lost or stolen e-gift cards, nor will we extend expired ones.

• If you return items purchased with a gift card, Kooshy may, at our discretion:

  • issue a refund back to your gift card (up to the amount originally redeemed), and refund the balance by your original payment method, if applicable, provided the return is received before the card expiry date; or

  • issue no refund if the return is received after the expiry date, unless the refund amount exceeds the gift card value, in which case the difference will be refunded.

• All purchased gift cards are valid for 3 years (36 months) from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
